Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. By using this website, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3. Service Description
Codeneuron offers three learning options:
- Course Library Pass — self-paced access to introductory AI course materials, including written modules, short video walkthroughs, and downloadable exercise notebooks.
- Tutor-Guided Cohort — a ten-week structured cohort on Python for AI work, including weekly live sessions, a workbook, and tutor support on a discussion board.
- Year-Long Track — a structured twelve-month learning track with regular mentor reviews, monthly project milestones, and a final portfolio.
All courses are educational in nature. None of our offerings constitute a formal qualification programme or lead to an accredited award.
We reserve the right to update or adjust course content to reflect current practices in the field. Material changes to a course you have already enrolled in will be communicated to you by email.
4. User Accounts
Access to certain Services may require you to create a learner account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close accounts where terms are not followed, or where inactivity persists beyond 24 months.
5. Your Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when registering or contacting us
- Use course materials solely for your own personal learning purposes
- Treat tutors, mentors, and other learners with respect in any shared spaces or discussion boards
- Refrain from sharing, reproducing, or distributing course content beyond what these Terms permit
- Not attempt to access areas of the site or learner platform you are not authorised to use
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, branding, and materials published on this website are owned by or licensed to Codeneuron and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use course materials you have paid for, strictly for your own learning. This licence does not permit you to copy, redistribute, sell, or make derivatives of any content.
Work you produce as part of exercises or projects remains yours. By sharing submissions in discussion boards, you grant Codeneuron a limited licence to display that work within the course environment.
7. Payment Terms and Refunds
Fees for each offering are published on the Solutions page of this website and are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payments are processed at the time of enrolment.
Refund policy:
- Course Library Pass: A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than one module.
- Tutor-Guided Cohort: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the cohort start date are eligible for a full refund. After that point, a partial refund of 50% applies for cancellations made before the second session. No refund is available after the second session has taken place.
- Year-Long Track: A refund of the first instalment is available within 14 days of enrolment, before the first milestone review. No refund applies thereafter.
Refund requests should be directed to [email protected].
8. Course-Specific Terms
The following additional terms apply to our courses:
- Access to the Course Library Pass is active for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Cohort places are confirmed upon receipt of payment. If a cohort is cancelled by Codeneuron, a full refund or transfer to the next cohort will be offered.
- The Year-Long Track requires reasonable participation in monthly milestone reviews. We ask that learners stay in contact if circumstances prevent engagement.
- Certificates of completion, where issued, are records of participation and study. They are not formal academic qualifications and carry no accreditation.
9. Disclaimers
Our Services and all materials are provided on an "as available" basis. While we put care into the quality of our content, we make no representations about specific learning outcomes, employment results, or the applicability of course material to any particular purpose.
Course content is for educational purposes only and should not be treated as professional or technical advice in any specific context.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Codeneuron's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, loss of earnings, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Termination
Either party may end the Agreement by giving written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access to Services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other learners or staff.
If your access is terminated due to a breach, you will not be entitled to a refund. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the matter shall be submitted to the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia, as the agreed jurisdiction.
13. General Provisions
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrolment confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and Codeneuron.
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a term at any point does not constitute a waiver of that term.
