What Learners Say
Honest feedback from people who have worked through the Library Pass, joined a cohort, or committed to the Year-Long Track.

"I'd tried a few other platforms before this one and kept running into the same problem — the notebooks didn't work without a lot of setup troubleshooting. Codeneuron's were different. They ran without issues on my laptop, which meant I could focus on the content rather than the environment."
"The cohort was smaller than I expected, which I initially found unusual. But by week three I understood why — the tutor actually read my questions on the board and responded specifically to what I'd written. That's not something you get when there are hundreds of people in a course."
"I appreciated that they're upfront about it not being a formal qualification. Some schools try to imply otherwise and that's misleading. What I came away with was a portfolio of projects I actually built, which is more useful to me than a certificate from a school no employer recognises anyway."
"I started with the Library Pass because RM490 felt like a reasonable amount to test whether the content suited how I learn. It did, so I joined the next cohort. The transition was smooth — the cohort picks up where the library modules leave off, which felt intentional."
"The live sessions ran on time, which sounds like a small thing but isn't. I'd had experiences with other online programmes where sessions started late or got cancelled. That didn't happen here. My main note would be that the video recordings were sometimes available a day or two after the session."
"Eight months in and the monthly check-ins are the part I value most. It's easy to drift when you're working through something over a year. Knowing there's a milestone to submit and feedback coming within a week keeps the pace reasonable without feeling pressured."
Learning Journeys
CHALLENGE
Priya wanted to understand AI tools relevant to HR data work but had no programming background. Previous attempts at general Python courses left her with syntax knowledge but no sense of how to apply it to anything she actually worked with.
APPROACH
She started with the Library Pass to assess the style and content. Finding it accessible, she joined the following cohort, where the tutor helped her frame exercises around data formats she recognised from her work.
OUTCOME
After the cohort, she could read and modify Python scripts for basic data processing tasks. Her assessment: "It's not that I became a developer. I became someone who can work alongside developers without being lost in the conversation."
CHALLENGE
Hafiz already had programming experience but wanted to build structured knowledge in AI specifically — not just experiment with tools in isolation. He needed a programme that matched his existing pace and didn't slow down to basics he already knew.
APPROACH
He enrolled in the Year-Long Track, which he said suited his schedule better than a fixed ten-week cohort. Monthly milestones gave him targets, and mentor feedback helped him refocus when he was spending too long on details that wouldn't matter in the portfolio.
OUTCOME
At month nine, he had completed four documented project notebooks and was in the portfolio consolidation phase. "The milestones make it hard to avoid progress. Even the months where I was busiest at work, I finished something small and submitted it."
